About Janmejay Singh Rajput
Janmejay Singh Rajput, FCS, LL.B, B.Com (H), is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with over 12 years of rich experience in corporate and commercial law, FEMA practice, legal drafting, company litigation before the NCLT, taxation, audits, and listed company compliance.
He has served as Compliance Officer and Company Secretary of a listed company in New Delhi and continues to advise corporates, NGOs, and professional bodies on CSR, ESG, business and human rights, and governance-related matters.
A Certified CSR Professional, Certified ESG Professional, and Certified BHR Professional, he is also a registered GSTP and an active contributor to legal awareness, professional education, and community service through his initiatives and memberships.
