Mr. Janmejay is a Fellow member (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as well as a Graduate in Commerce and Law. He has 10 years plus, rich experience in different areas of corporate and commercial laws, FEMA, Legal Drafting and Corporate Litigation, Audits, Taxation- direct and indirect tax matter & practices, Including 5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer and Company Secretary of a Listed Company. He is also the member and advisors of various corporate and NGOs for their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He is also a member of NCLT & NCLAT Bar Council of India, registered as Certified CSR Professional, Registered in Independent Directors Data Bank with IICA to eligible for becoming Independent Director in Company and practicing before National Company Law Tribunals and Appellate Tribunal at various parts of the country. He is also a designated Secretarial auditor of various entities in India. He is also an active member of various forums, NGO’s and chambers/councils of India and internationally including DBi International, Amsterdam, UKNFS, London, United Kingdom (UK) and OCHD, United Kingdom (UK), Ireland, and Nepal. She also have experience in drafting and vetting of various agreements land other Commercial Agreements and Incorporation of a Company in India, Secretarial audit and compliances, Due Diligence of companies and experience in a multidisciplinary practice. |

CS Ankita Gupta, is an Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as well as Law Graduate from Kanpur University and Commerce Graduate. She has 9 years of extensive experience in different areas of corporate laws, Banking & Legal practices, Insurance, Secretarial services, statutory compliances and GST services.
She also have experience in drafting and vetting of various agreements like High Sea Sales, Joint Venture and other Commercial Agreements and Incorporation of a Company in India, Secretarial audit and compliances, Due Diligence of companies, liaison with various Governments and Non Government authorities and agencies such as Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, NCLT/NCLAT, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) etc. |
